Digital Downloads & FAQ

How do digital downloads work?

After a successful purchase, access your downloadable files through the delivery link provided by our digital-download service. Save the ZIP file, extract it and open the PDF using a compatible reader.

Will I receive a physical item?

No. All Piktokit products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.

What can I use to open the files?

Most modern phones, tablets and computers can open ZIP archives and PDF files. A PDF reader and a printer are useful for printable coloring pages.

Can I resell the files?

No. Unless an individual listing expressly states otherwise, Piktokit downloads are licensed for personal use only. The kids coloring bundle also permits classroom use. Redistribution, resale and PLR/MRR licensing are not included.

Can I get a refund?

Please contact us if your download is missing, damaged or not as described. Your statutory consumer rights apply. Any withdrawal rights and exceptions for digital content depend on applicable law and the checkout consent process.
